FIBRESAND AND FIBRELASTIC

Alongside standard pitch reconstruction and renovation, we specialise in the use and application of Fibresand and Fibrelastic pitch reinforcement and have an extensive range of modern machinery and equipment associated with the management of fibre reinforced pitches.

Fibresand and Fibrelastic are reinforced silica sand products that provide extra stability to the turf surface. Polypropylene fibres (and elastic fibres for Fibrelastic) are added in a random distribution throughout the sand; this produces a very cohesive material. This in turn reinforces the rootzone, resulting in a tighter surface that is more resistant to divots.
